ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳು ಭೋದಿಸಲಾಯಿತು

• ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದು, ಅದರ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವುದು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವುದು.
• ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದು.
• ಭಾರತದ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮತ್ವ, ಅಖಂಡತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು.
• ದೇಶವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಿರುವುದು.
• ವಿವಿಧ ಧರ್ಮ, ಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದದಿಂದ ಇರುವುದು; ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಅಗೌರವ ತೋರುವ ಪದ್ದತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದು.
• ನಮ್ಮ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು.
• ದೇಶದ ಕಾಡು, ವನ್ಯ ಜೀವಿಗಳು, ನದಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು.
• ವೈಙ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಮನೋಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು; ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಡ್ಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
• ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು; ಹಿಂಸೆಯನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯುವುದು.
• ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವುದು.

6 ರಿಂದ14 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವ೩ಕಾಶ ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳು

ಇಂದಿನ ಕಂದಮ್ಮಗಳೇ ನಾಳಿನ ಭವ್ಯ ಭಾರತದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ತಾರೆಗಳು. ಗಿಡವಾಗಿ ಬಗ್ಗದ್ದು ಮರವಾಗಿ ಬಗ್ಗೀತೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾಳಿನ ಬಾಳಿನ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ರೂವಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಅವರ ಹಕ್ಕು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಇವೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂಗೊತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನುಕುರಿತುಯಾವುದೇ

ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆಇದುಸಾಮಾನ್ಯಜ್ಞಾನಅಂತ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು.ಒಂದುರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆವ ಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಇರುವಎಲ್ಲರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳೇ ಆಗಿವೆ.ಆದರೂ

ಸಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳೊಡನೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಇರಬಹುದಾದ ಕೆಲವು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ.ಶಾಲೆಯು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಢಿಸಬಹುದು.

 

• ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಹಕ್ಕುನೊಡನೆಗಮನವಿಟ್ಟು ಓದಿನಲ್ಲಿತೊಡಗುವುದು ಕಲಿಸುವವರನ್ನುಗೌರವಿಸುವುದುಎಂಬುದುತಮ್ಮಕರ್ತವ್ಯವೆಂದುಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದು.
• ಇತರ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಡನೆ ಒಡನಾಡುವ, ಸಂಘ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೊಡನೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾದ ಗೆಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡುವುದು.
•  ನಮ್ಮ ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ ನೀತಿ ನಿಯಮ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ ನಂಬಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.ಈ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳೊಡನೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇತರರ ಭಾಷೆ,  ಧರ್ಮ, ನೀತಿ, ನಿಯಮ, ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ ನಂಬಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೌರವತೋರುವುದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುವುದು.
•  ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆಟವಾಡುವ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಇದೆ. ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಪಾಠವನ್ನುಕಲಿಯಲು ಇತರ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ದೈಹಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಸಮಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ
• ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಲವಂತದ ದುಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಇದು ಸಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕು. ಆದರೆಅವರ ಮನೆಯ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು.
•  ಉತ್ತಮಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಹೊಂದುವುದು ಸಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ  ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಸಮ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ಅವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುವುದು.

• ಭಾವನೆ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕು. ಅದನ್ನು ನಾವು ಆಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಒರಟಾಗಿ ಅಗೌರವದಿಂದ ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಗೌರವಗಳಿಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮಗುವಿನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನುಮಗುವಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಹೇಳುವುದು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

•  ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀರದಂತೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮಗುವಿನ ಹಕ್ಕು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ದೊಡ್ಡವರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗುವುದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೀವೇ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ಮನನ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ ಎಂದರೆ ಅತಿಶಯೋಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಲಾರದು.

ಬದುಕುಅರಿಯಬೇಕು ನೋವು ನಲಿವುಗಳಿಂದ ಚಂದ್ರನ ಬೆಳಕಂತೆ ಸಿಹಿ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಎರಡೂ ಬೇಕು ಬಾಳಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ-ಚಂದ್ರರಂತೆ ಪರಿಪಕ್ವವಾಗಲು ಮಾನವಜನ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂಬಂತೆ

ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂತರಗತಿಯಕೋಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕು-ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.ಅಂದಾಗ ಮಗು ದೇಶದ ಸತ್ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾಗಿ ಸನ್ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಲುವು.

1)ದಿನಾಂಕ 18/07/2020 ರಂದು ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವರುಣ್  ಸರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಶೇಕಡ 30ರಷ್ಟು ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಗ್ರಾಮರ್ ಯಾವ ತರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 15 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

3) ದಿನಾಂಕ 20/7/2020 ರಂದು ಕು. ವಿಜಯಕುಮಾರ್ (AGT) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಟಾಕಳಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಬೋಧನೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಂಪು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷನ್ನು ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಓದಲು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

4) ದಿನಾಂಕ 21/07/2020 ರಂದು ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶೋಕ್ (AGT) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ದರ್ಗಾಶಿರೂರ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಪದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವ ತರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಧಾಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕಂಠಪಾಠ ಮಾಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸುಮಾರು 15 ರಿಂದ 20 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

5) ದಿನಾಂಕ 22/ 07 /2020 ರಂದು ಕು. ಯೂನಿಸ್ ಖಾನ್ ಜಾಫರ್ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು ಆಗಲು ಉಚ್ಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೀಡಾಗುವುದು ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 15 ರಿಂದ 20 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

6)ದಿನಾಂಕ 23/07/2020 ರಂದು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಜಾತಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ತರನಳ್ಳಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ 5E ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಯುವ ತರಹದ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಿಕೋಪಕರಣ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

(AGT)ಸಹಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ತಾಂಡಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ನೈತಿಕ ಕಥೆಗಳು(moral stories) ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲವು ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರಿಂದ ಕೇಳ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಥೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಭಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಈ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುವದನ್ನು ಸುಮಾರು ಅರ್ಧ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ
